Description

A singing bowl, also known as a standing bell or a resting bell is an inverted bell that is usually bowl-shaped and range in a variety of sizes. They are often played by striking the bowl or rotating mallet around the rim to create a soothing sustained musical note. The purpose of the bowl is typically for making music as well as to aid in meditation and relaxation in the Buddhist tradition.
