Title
Chinese Baoding Balls
Subject
Exercise Equipment
Description
Baoding balls are small metal or marble balls known as Chinese exercise, health, meditation or medicine balls. Baoding balls are used by rotating two or more balls in one hand repeatedly while the balls are in constant contact. The purpose of the balls is to improve finger dexterity and aid in the recovery of muscle strength and motor skills after an injury. Some say that using Baoding balls help relieve stress and improve brain function due to the exercise balls stimulating acupuncture points on the hand.
